Smoke analyzer NOEMS-2402
Nox/O₂ online detection
Product Introduction
The NOEMS-2402 flue gas analyzer is an in-situ flue gas analysis instrument that uses the principle of oxygen pump dual cell diffusion to determine the concentration of NO, NO₂, 0₂, and point components in fixed pollution source exhaust gas. The core of the instrument adopts imported components from abroad and has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, and fast response time.
Measurement principle:
The NOEMS-2402 flue gas analyzer uses advanced ceramic semiconductor NO sensors, and its measurement principle is based on the dual chamber ceramic semiconductor gas sensing measurement principle. Ceramic materials have conductivity at high temperatures, making them solid electrolytes. On the concentrated oxygen side of ceramic semiconductors, oxygen molecules acquire electrons and dissociate into oxygen ions, which then pass through the porous ceramic layer to reach the dilute oxygen side and release electrons, known as the oxygen pump principle. By measuring the potential difference on both sides of the ceramic, the oxygen content of the measured gas can be obtained.
