Product Introduction
The AMEMS2406 ammonia escape online analyzer is an optical analysis instrument that uses infrared laser TDLAS as the measurement principle to determine the concentration of NH₃ and other components in fixed pollution source exhaust gas. The core of the instrument adopts imported optical components and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, and long maintenance cycle.
Measurement principle:
Using laser wavelength TDLAS modulation technology, the laser measurement device is directly built into the flue, and the flue gas diffuses freely into the laser gas pool through a high-temperature resistant filter for analysis and measurement; The laser signal is reflected multiple times in the measuring gas pool and converted into an electrical signal that varies with the concentration of ammonia gas through photoelectric conversion. After computer filtering and processing, the ammonia concentration is finally obtained and uploaded to DCS through 4-20mA or MODBUS-RTU.
